In the tradition of Menudo, MDO has seen quite a few members come and go.  Although these people are no longer performing as MDO, as far as the fans are concerned, they will always be a part of the MDO family, having made valuable and indispensable contributions to the success of the group during the course of the four years of its existence.  Their voices are etched into the four albums and their faces are engraved in our hearts.  This is a tribute to the guys who have left their marks on MDO and on us.

TROY TUMINELLI -- Our bonny lad

Drafted in early 2000 together with Pablo to replace Anthony Galindo, Troy was part of MDO for a mere ten months, after which he left the group, Sony Discos using the excuse that he did not speak Spanish, although he had been making a commendable effort to learn the language.  During the time Troy was with MDO, he lent his spine-stroking voice to many songs, including the beautiful, heart-rending ballad A Mi Amor Tu Vas A Extranar, in which he outdid himself in a supremely impressive display of vocal prowess.  Although his MDO career was short-lived, Troy managed to win many loyal fans and supporters with his voice, described as 'angelic', his warm and cordial, down-to-earth manner, and his spontaneous and winning smile.

As far as we know, Troy is currently in New York furthering his studies in song and dance.  We wish him success and offer him our continual support.  We look forward to seeing him re-enter the music scene, a bigger, better and brighter star!

ANTHONY GALINDO -- Subete A Mi Moto!

Anthony joined Menudo in time to be part of the album Tiempo De Amar, the group's last album as Menudo before their transition to MDO.  Possessing a rich, mellow voice like melting chocolate, Anthony was perfect to lead bouncy, lively songs like the delightful Dame Una Caricia and the upbeat Toma Mis Manos, but truly moving in the melodious and lovely ballad Sera Por Eso, which he sang as a duet with Alexis.

A lively and colorful character, Anthony was the 'bad boy' of the group, with his numerous body piercings and ever-changing hair color.  Had he not become a member of MDO, Anthony imagines being arrested in the streets in the role of what is known as a 'greaser'.  It was his fun-loving personality, his distinctive singing style and, of course, his boyish good looks that won Anthony the multitude of fans who still miss him today.

The last we heard of him, Anthony was pursuing a career as an actor-comedian, which we personally think is a great job for him, even though we regret that the music world is deprived of such a beautiful voice!  He has also settled down and is married, with a lovely little daughter called Elizabeth.

DANIEL RENE WEIDER -- Hablame De Amor!

At age fifteen, Danny was part of MDO in 1997 and sang lead on the hit song No Puedo Olvidarme De Ti.  Even at that young age, Danny was blessed with a uniquely powerful voice that could sound soft and tender at one moment, anguished and chilling at others.  As a child, Danny had modeled for Tommy Hilfiger Kids and so was in his element on the stage, performing with ease and naturalness.

After Danny left MDO, the album Un Poco Mas was produced with only four members in the group, Abel, Alexis, Anthony and Didier.  Danny has since gone on to become a solo recording artist, and his fans eagerly await the release of his first album, which is in English and is set to hit markets sometime soon.  We wish Danny all manner of success in his solo career.
